First, this is a very compact rowing machine. The design and looks are great. The machine is quieter than the concept 2 or lifecore, important if you like to listen to music or watch tv.

What needs improvement:
1) the wheels are too small, it's a hassle to move it around
2) the computer failed after 2seconds. Kettler was quick to offer to send a technician.
3) the power supply for the computer is poorly positioned and bound to fail
4) the rowing seat is far less of a smooth ride than the life core or the concept 2.

At $1400, you would expect the above to be improved in future designs. Once they make those improvements, I'll order one as I like the compact size, the overall quality and the quiet operation.
